Thank you for visiting Saunders Land & Cattle Farm!
We are first-generation farmers and so proud of what we've accomplished in the past 10+ years. Prior to each season, we plant, grow and in the Spring, harvest a variety of grasses. Although the forage we produce is for all livestock; we specialize in quality hay for horses and cattle. This enables us to raise our beautiful, healthy cows each season. In time these steers are grown out to be processed into delicious, lean beef that was grass fed & grass finished.
If you're lucky you'll also get to try our pasture raised chicken, sold whole.

A big thank you to all of our customers and family for your continued support. Without you we would not be able to continue doing what we love to do. In 2020, we successfully finished out our first generation of Grass Fed & Grass Finished Beef Cows, all born and raised here on the farm.
In addition to our beef, we have decided to raise Cornish Cross chickens for meat. This allows SLC Farms to also provide delicious poultry along with Fresh Eggs from our flock of free range chickens. These fresh meats are typically added to our "Farm to Home" box. These sell out quickly so if you're interested in a future box you can always pre-order. The contents will slightly vary each month.
More information about our Grass Fed & Grass Finished Beef, Pasture Raised, Whole Chickens and Fresh Eggs are all on the "Beef & Poultry" page.
